This website wants to be a meeting point for hw&sw developers in the field of ubiquitous and pervasive computing for smart environments.
The purpose of this project is to make a community where is possible to share UbiCom applications.
Moreover, we would like to build a multiAgent middleware applicable in the embedded systems field where there are time and resource constraints to take into account.
Making community we could design and develop the system and agree on the design choices all together facilitating the share of knowledge and competencies to ensure the easiest solution for the final users.
The website uses the WikiStar wiki a very lightweight wiki engine that allows an easy but robust content management by the community members. We expect to use opensource existing utilities for the rest (bugtrackers forum blog...).
At the moment The Silicon Life project community access is reserved and the join is via invitation only.
